Reflexology is an ancient therapy that applies pressure to points on the feet or hands to promote healing in other areas of the body. On each foot there are 7200 nerves that are connected to the various organs and tissues in the body. By applying pressure to specific points, the nerves connecting to the organs and tissues are stimulated allowing the body to come into balance.

Several modalities may be utilized during these sessions such as iridology, muscle testing, aromatherapy, herbology etc. Each session is as unique as the client. Initial consultations are 1.5 hours and follow up appointments can be booked in 30 or 60 minute time blocks.

During the session I will clear, balance and energize the energy field which facilitates the healing process. Techniques typically utilized are energetic unruffling, chakra connection and spreading and mind balancing. 

The raindrop technique is a process of applying therapeutic essential oils to the client’s neck, spine, and feet. The technique was developed by combining different holistic practices such as aromatherapy, vitaflex and basic massage techniques such as effleurage. This creates a synergistic effect throughout the body offering a powerful and therapeutic effect.
